The Problem

Water has to go somewhere.
We decide where.

The majority of drainage problems come down to one thing: inadequate pitch. Your yard does not slope the right way, so runoff sits, drowns the grass, floods the beds, and works its way toward your foundation. PennyGreen analyzes how water moves across your property and fixes it permanently - regrading, French drains, river rock channels, catch basins, downspout extensions. Do not let water ruin your landscape or your lawn.

Questions

Straight Answers.

How do I know if I have a drainage problem?

Standing water for more than a day after rain, mushy spots, moss, dying grass in low areas, or water staining near your foundation. Any of those means the water is not moving where it should.

What does a French drain do?

It is a gravel-lined trench with perforated pipe that collects subsurface water and carries it away from the problem area to a safe discharge point. Done right, it works for decades.

Will you just tell me what is wrong even if it is small?

Yes. Matt walks the yard, tells you exactly what is happening and what it takes to fix it. Sometimes the answer is simple. We always call you back either way.
