The Specialty Nobody Else Wants

We fix other companies pavers.

Most landscapers only want new installs. PennyGreen built a reputation on the repair work - lifting and re-bedding sunken sections, resetting edge restraint, re-sanding joints, fixing the drainage problem that caused the sinking in the first place. If your patio looks like a wave pool, that is a tuneup, and it costs a lot less than a new patio.

Questions

Straight Answers.

Can sunken pavers be fixed without replacing the whole patio?

Usually, yes. We lift the affected section, rebuild and compact the base, and relay the same pavers. If we fix the underlying water problem too, it stays fixed.

What causes pavers to pull apart at the edges?

Failed or missing edge restraint. Without it, the field spreads a little more every freeze-thaw cycle. We reset the border and lock it back in.

Is repair worth it versus a new patio?

Almost always - a tuneup is a fraction of replacement cost. Matt will tell you honestly if the base is too far gone for repair to make sense.
